OUR APARTMENTS
All of our attractive studio apartments have a lovely lounge with remote control colour TV, CD clock radio, lounge chairs or sofas, coffee table, plus the very best in concealed wall-beds with built in wardrobe and reading lights. These wall beds are counterbalanced for ease of use - all the bedding stays in place when the bed is put up in the daytime.
The studio apartments have a separate, fitted kitchen, well equipped with dining table and chairs and all electric appliances - full size cooker, microwave oven, fridge, toaster and electric kettle. Separate tiled bathroom with bath / shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Fitted carpets / curtains and an extra electric fire are also included.
No. 5 - Ground Floor Studio.
This apartments overlooks our swimming pool and gardens with a lovely view across Meadfoot Valley.
No. 7 - First Floor Studio.
This apartment overlooks the pool and gardens with views across Meadfoot Valley.
No. 10 - First Floor Studio.
This apartment overlooks the pool and gardens with views across Meadfoot Valley.
No. 9 - First Floor Studio.
This pretty South facing, bright apartment catches the sun for most of the day and is split level with the kitchen down three steps off the lounge. There is no bath in this apartment. There is a large Shower Room and a separate room with wash-hand basin and toilet facilities. Views are over St Marks Road and our attractive walled garden.
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS
All of our one-bedroom apartments have the same specification as for the studio apartments, except that the lounges are furnished with a dining table with chairs for four people and a two seater sofa and two armchairs. They all have a separate bedroom with either twin / double beds.
No. 3 - Ground Floor Apartment.
This apartment has twin-beds in the bedroom, with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, mirror, etc. A concealed double wall bed is in the lounge. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and gardens and has lovely views over Meadfoot Valley.
No. 4 - Ground Floor Apartment.
This apartment has a double bed in the bedroom with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, mirror, etc. Concealed double wall bed in lounge. This apartment is South facing, looking out onto St. Marks Road and our walled garden, it is a very light and bright apartment catching the sun for most of the day.
No. 11 - First Floor Apartment.
This is a lovely family apartment, it has a large lounge with 'Georgian' Bow window. This apartment has only a small, separate bedroom with bunk beds. This apartment overlooks gardens and the pool, it is West facing and very light. Concealed double wall bed in the lounge.
No. 8 - First Floor Apartment.
A special luxury apartment with a large bay window giving a lovely outlook over our gardens to the East with sea views. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, mirror, etc. Concealed double wall bed in the lounge.
SUITES
Wellswood Suite
A deluxe suite on the ground floor. This suite enjoys wonderful views across our gardens and beyond to the sea, Meadfoot Bay and Thatcher Rock. Lounge with Bay window, remote control colour TV, CD clock radio, lounge suite, dining table and chairs. Master bedroom with four poster king size bed, antique furniture and TV with en-suite shower room with power shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Second bedroom with twin beds, usual bedroom furniture and TV set. Second bathroom with bath and hand-shower, wash hand basin and WC. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer, coffee percolator, etc. Pay phone installed for outgoing calls only.
Meadfoot Suite
A deluxe suite situated on the first floor of Delamere Court and fitted to a superior standard. This suite enjoys views across our gardens and Eastern terrace over Meadfoot Bay towards Thatcher Rock. Lounge with large bay window, remote control colour TV, CD clock radio, lounge suite, dining table and chairs.
Bedroom One has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and mirrors, TV set. Bedroom Two has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and mirrors, TV set. Separate fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, coffee percolator, etc. Separate bathroom with hand-shower, wash hand basin and WC. Pay phone for outgoing calls only.
